We know sugar is bad for you because it causes weight gain. However, vegetables and fruits are good for us as they have vitamins and minerals that our bodies need.

Next, we will be looking at exercise. Exercise is good for our bodies and gives us energy. It makes us feel happy. There are many activities that you can do. Running, swimming, dancing, lifting weights, and playing sports are some examples. Yoga is another way we can increase our strength. Yoga is a great workout because it increases flexibility and improves breathing. If we want to lose weight, we should avoid eating too much junk food and drink plenty of water.
