YOGA in Youth is a Bay Area institution that specializes in black yoga. Its origins are in India and Africa. Collective healing is needed for the high levels of racial trauma. These issues are being addressed by many people who turn to yoga mats for help.

YOGA's Youth programs aim to address the underlying behavioral issues of this population and create emotionally stable individuals who can manage their behavior better. The YOGA youth approach addresses four of the most significant problems youth face.
